"Period" is the key to what you need, depending on when your S&W was made. Look in the old Sears Roebuck and Montgomery Ward, or hardware/sporting goods co. catalogs of the period ( 1900 -1930 ) and you will see the generic style pocket type holster sold for guns like yours. They are usually smooth leather with suede lining and a metal clip attachment for attaching to your belt, however some early variation were a rubberized canvas material that had just been invented by B.F.Goodrich. Smith & Wesson provided them also, and those will have a S&W logo stamped on them. Then watch Ebay and attend gun shows until you find what you want for sale. The holsters came in various sizes to fit any barrel length. Ed.
