Default Looking for value of .32 Single Action

.32 Single Action, original nickel, s/n 32xxx, shipped in July 1880, with full box of 50 rounds from pre-1911. Missing sideplate screw was replaced by one made by Sam1947.

(Note that the ship date is from Roy, but not actual factory letters.)

From what I can tell from the picture, it appears to be in pretty good condition, but the finish does look to be some area's of poor condition. I'm guessing it to be in the 75% to 80% range at best, and would place it at $275 to $300. The ammo has collector value itself, but I will defer to someone more in tune with collectable ammo prices. We would need several more detailed pictures of all sides of the gun and very clear and sharp to evaluate any better than a guess. This presumes the mechanical function is correct.

Funny you should mention Jim. Whenever I walk down the hall to his office with a gun and mention price, he reminds me that he hasn't actively bought or sold in far too long to do it justice.

Indeed, the finish isn't the best, but it's the original finish nonetheless. It also functions flawlessly.
