Default Help to identifey this Revolver

Hi would like some help on positively identifying this revolver
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
It has a 5" barrel, fixed sites, 1 7/16 " cyl., there is a ridge inside the cyl. part way down, serial no. 3902 on all 4 spots that I found to look at.

You have a 44 Double Action, First Model, shipped from the factory around 1882. That cylinder length dictates that the caliber is 44 Russian.
