Default Would greatly appreciate your help.

This revolver is a Top-Break / Automatic Shell Extractor with visible hammer. The caliber is: 38 Smith & Wesson. Barrel length is 3.25 inches. Serial Number: 129578. Sights are fixed. There is a strain screw on the front of the grip strap. Would appreciate knowing what model it is, and approximate date for shipping or production. Thanks in advance, Lincoln
