I don't think it does. A decade or more I had one and had Richard Bachman at old west reproductions make one for giggles.

I had a custom holster made for my .44 Frontier. I could not find any off-the-shelf modern holster that would fit the odd contour of the top-break.
Aside from not fitting, I didn't think the new ones looked right for the pre-1900 S&W.

So this barsony shoulder holster made for k-frame revolvers would not fit?

Since leather is flexible and holsters are made with less precision than a firearm or most things made of metal, you can't say that it won't fit with absolute certainty, but I think it would be very unlikely.
Frontier .44's are big guns, so they take a big holster. The fact that they are not proportioned like modern firearms adds to the non-fitting issue.
Note that both of us who have responded here have had custom holsters made up for our Frontiers.
The closest of the production holsters that I found in terms of fitting was for the original model Ruger Vaquero. They are bigger than Colt SAA's so their holsters run large, also. It's not a great fit, but it's better than nothing.

However, since holsters vary, as I said above, your best bet is to take the S&W to a gun show and try to see what fits, until you either find one, or not.

That's very helpful. Thank you very much.

Guess I'll look for a Vaquero holster then.
