Default S&W 32

I got an old Smith and Wesson 32 caliber break action revolver from a friend. Unsure of it's age. has a serial number 33566. any ideas of the age of this revolver. Seems in pretty good condition even though there was obvious lack of care for it.

Welcome to the Forum. You have a 32 Double action, 3rd Model that would have shipped around 1883. The caliber is 32 S&W and ammunition is currently manufactured and is fine to shoot in any tight well functioning 32 DA.
