Default S&W 32 Revolver - age & model ?
I'm trying to identify the model and age of my grandfather's S&W 32 long rifle. I believe that it's an I-frame.

1920's would be my guess considering the ejector rod and the small emblem on the left side. Those sure are pretty grips and in great shape too.

The top of the barrel has a date of what looks like "12.29.14".
And there's not a SN # on the bottom of the grips, but, it looks like it is on the front of the grips.

Welcome to the Forum. You have a 32 Regulation Police revolver, that would have shipped from the factory around 1920. The caliber is 32 Long (not rifle). This model is an I frame.
