The first gun is commonly referred to as a "lemon squeezer," since it requires holding the back of the grip frame tight in order to fire it. It is more accurately called a "Safety Hammerless" (second model). It appears to be a common variety, with nickel finish and a 3.25" barrel and dates to around 1890. The second gun appears to be a Model 1905 Military and Police from around 1908. Although more close-up photographs would help, both guns appear to be in reasonably good original condition. I will hazard a guess based upon what I have seen at local auctions recently (but there are others who will mot likely chime in with other opinions). The first gun is probably worth $150-175 and the second one is in the $200-250 range (but please note that condition of the finish, matching serial numbers, and functioning might alter those numbers considerably) .
