Go to the bottom of the page with ship date requests, click New Thread and off you go.
In the subject line, model - chambering - barrel length - finish - SN. A thanks to Roy in the text box below is nice too

When you are finished posting your written portion, scroll down to the ADDITIONAL OPTIONS box just below the posting window. Part way down you will see a highlighted box called [Manage Attachments]
Click on that and another window will open and in the upper left hand corner it says: [Choose File]
Click on that and it should take you to your own computer Picture Folder. Find the photo that you wish to add to your post and click OPEN. It will bring you back to the [Manage Attachments] window and on the right once the description of your photo shows up,(this may take a moment) click on the [Upload] box. This will upload your photo to your post as a thumbnail. You must repeat this process for each photo that you wish to load. There is a size limit that the forum will accept so if the file is too large, it will not upload. In that case you will need to resize the photo on your computer but that is another lesson.
When you are done click the [Submit Reply] button below this window as you do for any post.
Once the thumbnails appear in your post you can click on them twice to enlarge them two times.
This is how it works on my computer, others may vary.
Here is an example:
