This could be any of several different S&W and/or several non S&W models.
Please see the info needed here; To IDENTIFY your Gun >
Then we can help you identify.

Not a Smith & Wesson. Looks like a H&R or other second line revolver.
The caliber legend speaks of really cheap Spanish knockoffs.

Here is a better image of the revolver. There are many differences between this one and a 38 S&W Double Action revolver. Most obvious to me is the cylinder. I tried to enhance the photo a bit for others to see what you have.

It is not a S&W, H&R, IJ, or F&W shown in Zhuk.
I am sticking with the Spanish source based on the caliber marking.

I'm with Jim and Gary on this. It's a copy and not one of the better copies. Harrington & Richardson, Iver Johnson, Marlin, Forehand & Wadsworth, Moore, Manhattan Arms and many others would very prominently show their Manufacture name, or at least after the big scandal on the Model 1's that infringed on the Rollin White patent.
But, those were all US Companies. Something about the foreign copies and who got away with it and who did not is a mystery to me.
One of the "tells" is the "For S&W .xx Cal" or similar, the key word is "FOR". I have never seen a real S&W with the roll stamp atop it starting with "FOR S&W xxxxxxxx".
