It is #207007 and has MOP stocks with the S&W medallion.

It's a Third Model likely from the 19-teens (someone else will have a closer year).
The MOP factory stocks could be ordered as an option with the gun (in which case they would letter), but of course nothing would have prevented someone from adding them later. Black hard rubber was standard.
Most likely shipped in 1915 or 1916. Original medallion pearl stocks were marked with the serial number during final fitting and finishing at the factory. Numbers were usually in pencil, so not very durable. Fit and finish may be a give-away, since factory stocks fit the gun perfectly, while after-market stocks show poor fit to most guns. Factory letter will tell you how it was built.
