I have a S/W 32 Serial #186175. Barrel length is 3 1/4" Hammerless, Nickel plated, Break apart, 5 shot Revolver. May Be Stainless, not quite sure. Trying to find out when this gun was Manufactured. Gorgeous gun never been fired. Any help would be appreiated. Thanks

Im coming up with a third model. 1909-1937 mfg. Probably nickel.
Could be unfired. Nice find.

Third Model would be correct. A #182xxx shipped in 1911 and a #197xxx in 1913, so that gives you a rough ballpark.

Just one more thing--stainless steelguns weren't manufactured until decades after yours was made.

Welcome to the Forum. Serial number 186170 was shipped from S&W in March 1905. Serial number 182301 was shipped in Mar. 1914. Serial number 186279 shipped in Aug. 1905, so you can see ship dates do not fall in sequence with the serial numbers, but I think it's safe to say your gun was made in approx. 1904. Ed.
