Page 88: I Have this Old Gun...

Featured is a Smith & Wesson Model 1, Second Issue. An interesting read, although I disagree with the condition of this one being NRA Excellent.

I must be over the hill now when the most exciting part of the American Rifleman is the "I Have this Old Gun" article. Some months, it is the only exciting part of this magazine. (On really, really bad months, even that proves unexciting, although, fortunately, this is rare.)

I'm not interested in the latest black plastic super magnum either. If its at least as old as I am it has my vote. I'm not quite as old as the No.1's but that's what started it all.
