Default 32 Safety Hammerless 3rd? Model

Hi Guys and gals. I recently picked up a cool little top break.
Serial number is in the 210,000 range so as far as I can find it's a 3rd model but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Upon initial inspection it needs a firing pin. I have yet to open it to see what else it is missing.
Any suggestions on where I could find one? Gunparts is out of stock right now.

I'll post some pics tonight. It appear to have been fired very little if any at all. Looking like it was someone carry piece or desk drawer piece. There are a few small spots with bad rust and other than that the blue is pristine.

Now I need to get some ammo for it this weekend.
I do have a nice old Ideal tong tool with bullet mould that I'm going to play with for reloading once i empty the brass initially.

Thanks for looking!

gunpartscorp.com has firing pins for the 32 Safety. I recently purchased one and just checked - they are still available. 38 and 32 Safety firing pins are the same size.

OK I disassembled and found the back half to the firing pin.
I think I'm going to hit the lather and turn one up.
Does anyone know the overall length of the pin? If not I could pull one of my buddies pistols apart to take some measurements.

Thanks for the heads up glowe. If I have too hard of a time I'll order one up from them.
I didn't realize the 32 and 38 used the same pin.

I do not have any pins laying around and they are such a pain to remove and reinstall, I can't get at one now, but gpc had a closeup image that you should be able to scale from the remaining part you have in hand.

Awesome thank you! I’ll print and scale.
I was figuring I could do a little measuring of firing pin protrusion and so some math from my buddies so I didn’t have to reassemble.

I use an AR15 firing pin cut down and turned on the drill press with files to make up a new firing pin. Luckily the back half to he pin was there so I figured most of it out.
I had the pin a little long and when i trimmed it back I realized I probably should have just trimmed the back side fo the shoulder so it could rest further in towards the hammer. I shortened it a bit more and was getting mis fires so I undercut the from of the shoulder to give a little more protrusions and it worked out perfect.
Tough working on the drill press and not the lathe but I was home sick so I didn't get to get to my buddy's lathe today.
All's well that ends well.
Thanks for the help

I had bought and installed a pin in a 32 HE a couple years ago, and the fit was rather "snug" where the pin passed through the bushing in the shield. I chucked it in my drill press and dressed it down with some 400 grit paper. Worked just fine.
