Here is a quick shot of all four. From left to right, 38 SA, 3rd Model (Model 1891), 38 DA, 38 Safety, 4th Model, 38 Perfected. As stated above, only one of the four had serial numbers over 400,000, so yours would be a 38 Safety, 4th Model.
Forgot to mention that this model was made from 1895 to 1909, so most are considered as modern firearms by the BATF, made after 1898. The serial number range was from 322,701 to 539,000. The exact antique cut-off was serial number 382,022.
