Default S&W model 1 second and third issue

I am looking for the cylinder stop striker and screw for both models (they are the same parts) for the Model 1 second and third issue. Any help would be welcome. I have tried Jack First and Brownell's they are a no go. I need 4 of them but 2 would do for now. Thanks in advance. They are part 11t and 8t in the attached pdf.

The Cylinder Stop Striker (11t), a.k.a. 'Split spring' is the Achille's Heel of this model. Occasionally one will show up on eBay but that doesn't happen very often. There has been discussions about reproducing that part but the cost has been prohibitive. The only way to get that part is to buy an organ donor junker that has an intact split spring.

I've been looking for an organ donor , but hate to take another one out of commission , then I'll be compelled to fix that one. But if I can find a junker I'll have to do it. Thanks.

Sorry to be the Messenger. This subject keeps re-surfacing and some have indicated their desire to reproduce this item, but the initial monetary outlay seems to kill the idea. To wit; I like the idea but I do not have a need for it at the present. I.e., I'd keep the info and hope a spring would be available in the future should I 'need' it then. I "might" buy a spare spring just to have on-hand but only one - maybe.

Default I found one donor

I found one Donor and got my model 1 3rd issue repaired Runs like a champ and I don't feel guilty. The donor was a model 1 3rd and the seller cut the grip part of the frame off . It had no cylinder or barrel . Thankfully mine is all matching numbers.

EXCELLENT! Good call as the donor would never be made whole.

That one is worth some effort.
Congrats
