Default 38 Double Action Revolver 4th Model

Picked up a pretty rough, nickel revolver that was pretty bad. Completely disassembled and cleaned everything. Unfortunately when re-assembling the old, fragile cylinder stop broke. Called Jack First and they sent a cylinder stop from a top break .32 that looks "almost" identical. I cannot get this installed and am looking at 2 options. 1. Send the gun off to a competent smith to re-assemble or 2. Sell off parts which for me would be the last resort.

That said, any suggestions on who/where to sent it? Appreciate any assistance you can provide. I need some cheering up after last week...
