When you state "full Nickel Plate", there are a couple definitions that come to mind. First and most common nickel plating is a gun that has the cylinder, barrel, and frame plated. The second is that all parts are plated, including plated extractor stud, the trigger, and the hammer.
The first option is answered, but the second is often up for debate as to whether the factory ever did that or not? I have a full plate Model 1 1/2 and all parts are plated. A true expert on S&W stated that it could be ordered, but was very uncommon if not rare. Most exampled out there, however, were done post-factory.
