Default Looking for age and value

Hello. I recently inherited a .38 S & W CTG that was my great grandmothers gun (she kept it in an old chocolate covered cherries box ). Serial number 156705. It's a 5 cylinder with a 4" barrel with pearl grips. Trying to find an approximate age and value. The gun works great just needs a good polishing.

MarciGH
It is a .38 Safety Hammerless. It shipped late in 1902. There were over 260,000 produced. As far a value, without good close up photos, it's hard to tell. Being an heirloom, it's priceless.
