I was trolling the pawn shops in Medford, OR yesterday and ran across a gun you don’t see very often.
I asked if they had any older S&W’s . The guy reached under the counter and handed me a gun rug, saying “This just came in”. I opened it and pulled out an 8” barreled small frame New Haven Volcanic.
He already had it priced at $10,000.00. Anybody interested? (It's wayyyy beyond my budget.)

It appears that they ended the auction early. (GB shows it as a 7 day auction starting on the 24th)
It ended at 5PM ET on the 27th. That's within an hour or so of when I saw it and gave him the name of a collector in Seattle that might be interested.
Wonder what the real story is/was.
