Default S&Ws engraved by Tiffany, circa 1890

I don't usually post on this forum, but couldn't resist showing this web site to you all. There are some truly spectacular examples of the engravers art here, all of them on old S&Ws!

These guns are on loan to the Metropolitan Museum from a member of the S&W Collectors Assoc. They are only partially "engraved by Tiffany" and are embellished by Tiffany's spectacular grips made to advertise Tiffany and not S&W. Personally, I prefer a nice S&W engraved by Gustav Young or Rudolph Kornbrath, however these Tiffany guns are wearing works of art for grips. Ed.

Son, Our member is Dr. Jerry Klaz, MD. Jerry has been thinning out some of the items in his collection. Send me your check book and I'll see what I can get you from his stash. His lesser quality items are on loan to museums, like the Tiffany guns, however his "Best in the World" items are stored in a secret vault. Location known only to the anointed few. ( How many Gustave Young & Kornbrath Club guns do you need ? ) Dad.
