I have inbound a hammerless Model three hammerless 32 cal. I wanted to know what type frame this is because i would like to get new grips for it....Thank you all in advance.

There's no particular frame designation associated with your gun. Just look for grips for a .32 New Departure Safety Hammerless. All the models are the same grip size. There are two styles of original hard rubber grips that came on these .32s - a checkered design is the most common, however some have a peacock with a floral design background. Both have the S&W logo in the logo circle. Pearl & ivory grips were also available for extra cost. Ist & 2nd model Ladysmith grips will also fit the .32s. .38 S&W Safety Hammerless models grips will not fit your .32.

I have been offered K frame grips so i guess these won't fit?

No. K Frame grips will not fit.
