Here's a pic of the gun & the box that came with it. The box
is a little rough. Serial number puts the shipping at April 1917.

Bluing is an even color, even though one pic looks lighter.

All numbers on the gun match including the hard rubber grips.

Very nice gun! I'd love to find a one like that to shoot...not nearly as nice would be fine too!

Nice looking Smith! I sure wish I could find one like that. I've been looking for awhile now, but no luck.

Very nice gun. Don't run into many 90 year old guns in that condition. Is it going to be a safe queen or will you shoot it?

I was looking at one of those yesterday! Don't know the exact "model of" but the bore and lock up were Very Good. The finish had some rust spots but little wear. I almost bought it for a shooter ($190)but felt I wasn't ready for a divorce just yet.
