I was fortunate enough to find a Third Model Single Shot .22 pistol and add it to the collection.
The grips are not original, very functional but
not original!
Any suggestions as to where to look to find the correct grips?
Thanks in advance!

Check the bigger gun shows in the midwest where Hugh May or Nancy, the Grip Lady, are set up. They both are likely to have a selection of the correct grips for your gun. Or email Hugh at [email protected] You may want to letter the gun first to see what were the original grips, so you can look for the right ones.

Your gun could have shipped with either Wood or Plastic grips and it would take a Factory Letter to find out which.

Vintage gun grips makes a set of black plastic repro's for $36, link below. Not the greatest quality but not too bad.
