My latest purchase, what's yours?
Model 48 no dash WMR, circa 1959, 4-screw, 8 3/8" barrel, Baughman front sight, .500" wide serrated hammer, .500" wide serrated trigger (although SCSW mentions the optional .400" mine measures 1/2"). Later version smooth target stocks came with the gun - I replaced them with appropriate diamond targets.

I think the K Target models look way cool with the long barrel.

A long-tube K48 is a glorious gun, and you have a wonderful example. Congratulations.
I actually have two latest, but they aren't in my hands yet -- a K-32 Masterpiece (pre-16) and a Prewar .38/44 Outdoorsman. Photos next week.

Nice model 48. It has all the options I like in a K or N frame target gun. I have a four inch 48-4 but I think I need a longer tube.
My latest purchase is a Erfurt Luger that is stamped K.l. (several stories on what that means ) and an Ithaca 45 auto. I found both of these being stored at a collision shop in Detroit for the last 40 years.

Model 10 no dash
Here is my latest purchase model 10 no dash S/N C4382XX. SCSW dates the gun at 1960. The grips are numbered to the gun.

Mine's nothing special-just a shooter. 1903 .32 HE--won up on gunbroker for $58. Finally found some ammo for it, now need to restock it and find a nice holster(maybe a 1930 Austin from El Paso Saddlery).

My latest wasn't S&W but very nice and great finds anyhow. A colt army special 38 nickel 5 in. bbl with engraveing about 85% to 90% tight lockup and born in 1925. the other was a mod 19 savage NRA match rifle 22 all original about 80% a real tack driver with it's peep sights. I got them both the same day---------------should have bought a lottery ticket

Someone with better luck than me at posting pics. wants to try I could e-mail them a pic or two of the colt, it is really nice looking with the engraving and nickel finish, the smooth walnut grips I don't think are original. The old fella I got it from said it was his fathers bedroom gun, so wasn't packed much.

Neither of my two latest acquistions are in this time frame. Last Saturday at a gun show I picked up a S&W Model 1, 2nd Issue for $200. The hinge and latch are rather wobbly but it looks pretty nice overall, considering it's 140+ years old. Don't have any pictures yet.
And yesterday I picked up from my dealer a Model 520 that I got through Gunbroker. Here's the URL for the auction, and a pic from it: Smith & Wesson Model 520, 357 Magnum : Revolvers at GunBroker.com
As the seller pointed out the front sight has been filed down, probably for 125gr bullets. Other than that it looks great, and this makes it a shooter and not a safe queen, which works for me.

I got these two at the exact same time. The first is a 34-1, which has turned out to be a pretty accurate little revolver.
The second is this Ruger Blackhawk 50th Anniversary .44 Magnum, which has turned out to be a tackdriver.

Bunch of super nice smiths on this thread.
Both those pre-29's are beautiful Hofstet.
The 48 is great!
And I love the 29-2 with ivory stocks!
I will be getting out the funds for my new 29-4 from P35fan tomorrow. I can't wait to get her!

Picked up a 3 screw Ruger Super Single Six .22 magnum with the rare factory stag grips today. Ran across a Colt Lawman Mk. III 2 inch .357 at the gun show last weekend that followed me home also.
