Default Oddball regulation police - value?

Found an oddball Regulation Police, blue square-butt, 4 inch barrel. five-screw with 4-line address on frame right side and small logo on left. It has the five-round cylinder chambered in 38 S&W, but the right side of the barrel says "32 Long CTG"! Serial number is #68xxx. The gun is in very nice condition except for a few small nicks on the right top side of the backstrap by the grip. All serial numbers match: frame, barrel, cylinder, crane, and extractor star. The asking price at a pawn shop is $450 - a bit steep to my thinking, but the mis-labeled barrel may add some value?
