A while back I posted a pic on my M&P 9847XX that I picked up for $195.00. It came with some non S&W wood grips that didn't fit, so I ended up getting a pair of what I believe are diamond magnas for it. I was infromed that my gun should of shipped with smooth walnut grips and a lanyard ring, so after some searching I ended up getting the grips and the lanyard ring for 30 bucks shipped off e-bay.

Looks good both ways! Personally with my slightly oversized hands Magnas work better for shooting. With the lanyard ring though the smooth service stocks look 'right'.
I got the package in the mail before I had to leave for work. I'll try to get out and shoot it in the next couple days. I'll see which way it feels better, but I kind of like the way it looks in the original configuration.
