W O W !
It's absolutely new!
The "illusive" part is the "completeness" of the package.
Congratz!!!

Outstanding! It's alway's nice to be able to scratch a long held itch. That one is a beauty to be sure and with all the trimming's too.

I usually don't feel envy for what other people might have, but I may have had a twinge of it just now.

Never having seen one, does anyone know how many Model K16 Combat Masterpieces were made?

If I recall correctly there was one order for 20 of them, or maybe fewer. They all went to one distributor. I suppose the company could have made up a few more on a custom basis in response to individual requests. But four-inch K-32s that would letter as four inch guns have got to be rare rare rare.
Doug, congratulations on the fine specimen. I have seen a few K-32s now, and I am astonished that so many of them are in excellent shape. I know that few were made because no one wanted to buy them. It almost seems that after those few were sold, their owners didn't want to shoot them.
All the better for those of us now who want to collect them!

WOW, that really is a beauty. The whole exquisite package. Congratulations! But it's obviously not "illusive," as the photos make clear. It's elusive.

The rest of the story!
Ok, I know the story of the gun, but where did a man from Phoniex, AZ find a picture from Hazard,KY that has the sign of the store that sold his gun in 1955? I like the picture of all the correct accoutrements of this gun, impressive!
