Looking for info on a 1903ish .32 HE Serial# 199xx Patent dates 4/9/1889-7/71903...stamped around HE button: I.V. Jenkins & a star-within-a-circle...gun is in good condition, no rust/no box.

It was probably shipped in the 1910-1917 timespan.

Offhand, I'd say it was once owned by a Southwest lawman.

You might want to do a Google search for that name.

Welcome to the Forum. The gun is a .3rd Model of 1905 .32 WCF ( .32-20 ). Uncommon gun, only made for two years 1905-06. Obviously belonged to a LEO at sometime in it's past. Ed.
