It's by Karla Van Horne (Purdy Gear) of Jasper, GA. I based the design on an old Heiser flap holster, but it is not an exact copy. The belt loop lacks the swivel of the original and the carving pattern is one Karla and I designed. I have a belt with the same pattern.

Wow! That's some amazing work. Karla is great. I have a flap holster and money belt that she made for me. Mine has a simple border stamp. I really like it. The more I use it the better it looks. The flap style may not be as stylish as a quick draw, but sure protects the revolver. Sonora

I'm a big fan of the full flap holster. There is a reason this type has seen use by the military dating back to the 1800s.
