What a time to post up a K-22 thread!
When bdGreen and DCWilson have threads up, I'M gonna' show you MY little collection!?!
Here goes, I went to a little local show where a guy or two always have a good Smith hid out somewhere. Not always at a price I can give but I can look.
I have a few K-22's and am always looking to find the next one. A dealer had one with the one line "Made in USA" that's in good condition and that's a Masterpiece that I didn't have. The price came down and the revolver came home!
Serial #K 165XX
I have one from '51 & '53 and this one goes to the head of the line.
The 4 inch gun got a box this week from member jmtgsx (THANK YOU JIM!) and I'm tickeled to death I found a box with the correct sticker for the gun.
One more shot of the K-22 scores of the week, the new 6 inch "one line" revo and the 4 incher with a new box to rest in....
It's your guys fault I go after these wonderful toys. There's a Youtube video of me asking about bdGreen, David, Dan M, mikepriwer collections!

Gail,
Very nice bunch of K22s! Finding the boxes is darn near as hard a finding the guns.

Nice trio, Gail!
You're WAY ahead of me on boxes now. I've got to get to work to find some decent living spaces for my poor homeless orphans.

Sir.
Very nice very early K22. You have some good examples of the early post war K22's.
I have never seen a good estimate of the serial number range is which 1 line address was replaced by 4 line address.
I have K 25068 1 line, and K 30168 4 line. That is about 5100 serial number window.
Does your 1 line gun fit in that window?
Thank you.
