I finally found a correct hammer to replace the broke one.so here is a picture of my $250 pre 10.it will go nice with the 1946 6incher I already have.

yes it is it was low on price because the hammer was broke.I had to settle for a kinda rusty hammer and really do some cleaning on it.but it has a really lite single action pull.Ill fire it tuesday and post back here.

Excellent gun. Congratulations. I love stories about acquisitions of distressed revolvers that are brought back to life with a little simple smithing and cleaning.

Love those sharp-shoulder magnas.
