Nope
generally Target stocks are not numbered to the gun, BUT there may always be exceptions with S&W. I have one of what you seek and it is a beauty. Got it at the SWCA convention in Orlando and the blue is mahvelous.
Have fun!!

You are really going to throw this in our face but not post a picture? Please!
To Big Larry, I think there were some exceptions to the rule for the early CM target grips. I have a set with the numbers stamped in them.
Good luck on your hunt. Would love to find me one.

That's OK, I was just messing with you. But if you ever figure the camera out we'd love to see some pics.

Larry: I have pre-19 K2608xx - no numbers on the relieved diamond target stocks.

Thanks guys. These pre M19's are pretty scarce and I hope to find one in Reno. Good gun show for S&W's. Big Larry

A few of the early .357 Combat Magnums have stocks that are numbered. Some to the serial number of the gun, some within a few hundred of the gun's serial number. For example, .357 Combat Magnum, K260190, has stocks with the right panel numbered 260388.
S&W numbered a few pairs of stocks before they decided it wasn't necessary and subsequently used them randomly in production. That is why some serial numbers match and some don't.
At least, this is my theory for what I have observed.

I believe that the first 100 Pre 19's had grips numbered to the gun. I have K260082 and they are so numbered.
