Default Shooting from the Hip on Top Shot Target shot by McGivern

Hi
After watching top shot last night I thought some of you mite be interested in what Ed McGivern shooting from the hip would look like.
Some years ago I was able to purchase some original paper that included
original signed and witnessed targets that Ed had shot in 1933.
Here is one of them shot from 15 feet from the Hip with a K-22.
The scan is of both sides of the target, as you can see Ed Made his
targets as one side has his letter head on it.
enjoy the pictures.
Jim Fisher

Jim

These are always fun to see. One of the unusual things about this
target is that the the gun is not identified, nor is the place. Usually
he lists the serial number, and also the town, or place.

I've also never seen one on the reverse of his stationary ! I do know
that he reused his targets - a lot of them have small patches, covering
earlier holes.

Regards, Mike Priwer

"Speedy Work With the Six Gun"

They just don't make letterhead like they used too!

hi Mike
I guess the reason for no serial number he was not shooting for a record.
Also I have other targets with Leonard Larsons witness on them from Lewistown. He was also a witness on the record targets that were shot in 1934 at Lewistown. so I guess this target was shot in Lewistown.
