Lady Smith 22 caliber

Just inherited a Lady Smith 22 cal M frame pistol. Appears to be chromed,2nd model, built in 1908. Serial #87xx. On the side where the cylinder swings out there is no S&W stamp. Any idea why there is no stamp. All the writing on the barrel is present. It is in excellent condition. Any idea what this may be worth? Thanks for your input..
