Default Model 1905

I have found a model 1905 Change 4 that is very tight and 80-90% at a local pawn shop. Cannot get it below $500. Asking price is $599. Is this a good price?

Short answer - No. Unless it is pristine and absolutely original in every respect.

You have not provided a great deal of information. There are some variations, such as the Target Model, and that would be worth $500 in 80-90% condition. But run-of-the mill 1905/4th revolvers would be good buys in the $350 or less range if original. There were huge numbers of those made, and they are very common.
