Can anyone help identify this? maybe a year made?

Yes, it's a .32 Hand Ejector with a 3.25-inch barrel. Based on the shape of the ejector rod knob, it cannot have been made later than the late 1920s. I don't see a rebound slide stud end on the left side, so it might be as early as 1903-1906. But the gun was refinished at some point, and the rebound stud end may have been polished flat. It's hard to tell with the reflected light on the left side of the gun, which lies right on top of where the stud end would be.

If you'll give us the serial number from the butt of the gun, or at least all of it except for the last two digits (which you can represent with xx), we can give you a better answer on when it left the factory.

Thanks DC for the welcome I have posted a second picture of the serial # I have been told it's been refinished,grips not original, and that it was somewhere between 1902-1904 it belonged to my grandmother....my dad had had it in the sock drawer for years it was passed to me at Christmas from my dad.
