1958 Model 17
Yah, finally found my 17. It's a shooter and needs some love. I think it has the original diamond magna. But it was way cheaper the the 700-800 for these. It's on a pawn hold and will be home in a few days. Pictures then.

Looking forward to pics, and I'm glad you got it at a good price. An honorably used but serviceable specimen of a desirable model is always a good thing to come across. Congratulations on the score!

Most of these older models will shoot equal to the current model or possibly better.

That is Nice. Looks to be in great shape from that one side
pictured. Sounds like you got a great deal as well.
Congrats on a fine weapon. I've got a couple pre-17's including
a one liner as well. Excellent shooters. Hope the good cleaning
you gave it clears up the problem. I'm sure it will.

1958, so should be a four screw, right? Can't tell from the pics, but a very nice pick up!

$275 for a K-22? I wonder what the seller thought when he sobered up...

Outstanding score! I don't need to restate what a great price you got, but I'm just as impressed that you found this nice gun at all. This is a good example of why we keep searching. Congratulations.
Regards,
Froggie

Congrats on your new K22 !
Yep you got it for less than half price.....ENJOY IT!
I have seen quite a few from the 4 screw era with Diamond Magnas, Wide target hammer but with a standard trigger instead of a wide one just like yours,
I have one just like it in the K-319,000 range and like the narrower trigger over the wide one.
