Exclamation Need help with parts 1896

hey, everyone i aquired a s&w model 1896 1st model. it is missing, ok bare with me im new to revolvers, the ejector rod end cap, and the screw on the top of the right side. it also opens up if you apply any pressure, and i was wondering if that was a problem due to the rod or a different problem all together? thanks any thing will help

If the cylider si opening under pressure you have a worn locking bolt at the rear face of the cylinder or bolt recepticle in the breechface.
