Default History letter

Hello everyone,
I sent a request form and fifty dollars to S&W back in May. I haven't heard from them yet. How long does it take? My check has cleared the bank several weeks now. Is this normal?
Thanks

Yes. There have been many posts here about how slow Roy Jinks is in replying. Apart from having other things to do, he has a stackup of letter requests.

But he may have lost your letter or it may not have reached him. You may wish to ask. I'd give him until Sept., then ask, sending a photocopy of the cleared check.

2 to 3 months is normal. He just returned from the SWCA Annual meeting and I would guess that he has a stack of envelopes to open. He also travels to store promotions for S&W so not all of his time is spent on the letters.
