Kind of a confusing post. Not sure what you're seeking. Most of us who need medallions harvest them from older damaged grips. We often find those at gun shows where the wood is nasty and cracked and the only value is the medallions. I've never seen them for what I would call cheap, but I have seen some that are expensive.

I'd think the lack of good answers are related to the way the question is worded. If you put an ad down in the classifieds, as in wanted to buy, you may turn up either the medallions or grips with them in. It would then be up to you to figure out how to remove them. Most of us just drill them from the back side, allowing the washers to fall free. Then we push out the medallions, post and all. From there you can either cut the remaining post off or use it as it is. Good luck.

Do a search for "wesson medallions" on ebay and you will find both original and reproductions. There are a few on now and more will show up. Also, check the standard onlind gun websites. I would also do what rbug suggests and put a WTB ad on this Forum.
