Default Early N Frame Grips - Question

I have Triple Lock pair with gold (brass ?) medallion & 24 lines/inch checkering. The rim of the medallion is level with the surface while the S&W logo itself is recessed about the thickness of a dime. A second pair of N frame grips, same diamond style, 20 lines/inch with silver (nickel ?) medallion. This medallion is flat & level with the surface.

Could the second be a later (English contract?) TL pair - or what N frame are they for? They came on a .455/.45 Colt converted TL.

Info & discussion appreciated.

Gold, recessed- about 1909-1917. Correct for most Triple Locks, and for all 455's.

Silver, flush- about 1929-30 to 1940 for all N frames in those years. Never shipped on TL's.

Silver, flush- about 1929-30 to 1940, is there collector interest in this pair & what approx value? They are in good condition since I cleaned them up and waxed them - some signs of use and a little abuse but checkering is good & no damage other than scuffing.

Cleaning up Silver I find 194086 stamped inside. What would that indicate as date of mfgr? Thanks,
