Awesome! There is a special place in my heart for kit guns. They were the first revolver I ever fired.

You didn't pay too much, if you wanted them. They
are excellent firearms. JMHO,

Wow, really nice. Is there any price/desirability difference between a 2" barrel compared to a 4" barrel for a 1953 Kit gun?

My preference for I-frames is a matter of record, but those two are making me start to waver. Like paplinker said, a pre-35 would really make that a well rounded bunch, but those two are awesome just the way they are. Congratulations.

Early 2" guns (4 digit #s and lower) are harder to find, but not as hard as sq butts with either barrel length.

Thanks for all the compliments. I believe I'm going to enjoy running a lot of rounds through the 4" Kitgun. One more picture.

There's just nothing like a brace of I frame Kit Guns in matching vintage.

Very nice. My friend just picked up a duplicate to your 4". He offered it to me for 500 bucks then backed out of the deal. I don't blame him for wanting to keep it. it's too nice to be used much, a real safe queen.
