My S&WCA Display
My display featured eleven Combat Magnums dating from 1955 to 1971. It included the one engraved in 1962 by Alvin White for presentation to President John F. Kennedy (see photo below). The S&WCA annual meeting in Kansas City last week had fifty-nine displays of rare and collectible S&W firearms and memorabilia. It was really great to be able to see and discuss all of these rare items!!
We also have an auction at each of our meetings that features items donated by members. I was able to purchase a set of stocks made by Keith Brown. They are made of Brazilian rosewood and look really great on this 1950 Target 44 that dates to early 1955. Thanks Keith!!

Bill, as always I am impressed by your collection and expertise. I had hoped to attend this year but work got in the way. Thanks for sharing.
