Default Pawnshop Rescue

Found a pre Model 15 in nickel at a local pawnbroker. I believe 1953 so it's 3 years younger than I am. It's in better shape than me.
A little wear on the right grip, a very few scratches, a little holster wear at the barrel.
Very bright case hardening with a little rust freckling. Locks up very tight, tight cylinder gap, carrys up well. No box.
Not bad for $400 plus tax

I could not agree more... I do not recall seeing a lot of 5-screw Combat Masterpieces in Nickel and that one looks at 1st glance to be righteous to me.
