Cokes are target sized with a diamond around the escutcheon
These are diamond targets on the right which are similar to cokes, but the checkering covers a smaller area.

I missed that there were no diamonds. The amount of checkering looked right. These are mounted on a 27-2 4" which would have been the correct time period.
What are a pair of coke worth?

Actually, the 4" 27-2s were fairly late in their production run (very late '70s to early '80s), and the special Target stocks of this type went away in the mid-'60s.

"Cokes" (not any sort of official term) are target style stocks that came on the 44 and 41 Magnums between 1955 and 1966. If they are encountered on any other model most likely someone swapped them on. The last set I saw sell at auction were like new and sold for $600.
The stocks pictured at the top of the thread are Magna stocks made after 1968 (that's when the diamond around the screw went away).

Well Hondo, I have a lot to learn. To my eye they are not RB so that configuration looks like Target Grips to me. I'll pick it up eventually.

The main feature on Target stocks is they fill in the frame gap between the trigger guard and front strap.
We are all learning every day (hopefully), so no worries .

These are diamond Magna stocks, due to the uncheckered area around the stock screw. Similar to the ones in your first photo but with the "diamond". These would have been standard equipment for a 1956 N frame, with Target stocks special ordered or added later.

And more specifically, they are 'round shoulder' square butt Magnas as opposed to earlier 'sharp shoulder' Magnas or round butt Magnas.
You'll be an expert once you view this thread with every kind of S&W stocks pre and post war shown here:
