Welcome to the Forum. I assume you have a 6 shot K frame revolver. If so, it is a 38 Military & Police, 3rd Change. If it is a square butt, this revolver is often called a Model 1905, or if round butt, a Model 1902. The serial number indicates the revolver was originally shipped from the factory around 1912.
Accurate valuation is not possible without detailed pictures or a hands on inspection. This model can range between $200 and $700 depending on original condition. If a rare variation it could be worth more $$.

Since posters often omit a letter from the serial number,it might have a K preceeding that number, making it an early 1950's gun.

Or a C, if it has a fixed rear sight . . .
But I suspect the assumptions made by Gary and Jeff are correct.

Your SN could have no letter prefix, a V, a C, a D, or a K. So which is it? No one will make a guess on value without a few good pictures showing details, such as markings, grips, and condition of finish.
