S&W Victory Models, serial numbers V112689 and V112690...can anyone give me a quick read on production or ship dates?

The Catalog does not break these down.
It says #1 was made in 1942 and #811,119 in 1945.

Based upon the info in the Victory Model Database those revolvers likely shipped from the factory in the September, 1942 time frame.
