Default Help with value of Mod 37

Long time reader but first time posting to the forum.

I am thinking of unloading a "safe queen" and hoping forum members can help identify what I have and the value if sold or traded?

Here is info and pics:

Mod 37
J974XXX
Airweight 38 Spl
3" Barrel
Fixed Sites

Thank You

It is a model 37 no dash, a.k.a. The .38 Chiefs Special Airweight, square butt with 3" barrel, from roughly 1982 the year the pinned barrel was discontinued. It has an alloy frame. The slightly different color of the finish between the frame and the cylinder/barrel is normal. It looks like it's in nice condition.
I will guesstimate a value in the four-hundreds.
Best of luck.

Thanks to all but just discovered a problem while cleaning her up. Where the yoke closes it looks like a crack is present under barrel? I don't remember ever seeing before and I have not shot this gun in at least 10 years. Now I have a paperweight not an airweight?
