The usual information - shipping date, to where it was first shipped (usually to a S&W distributor, sporting goods or hardware store, etc.), and what barrel length, caliber, finish and grips it had when it left the factory, plus a paragraph or two of generic information about the revolver. Unless there is something really unusual, such as custom features, engraving, etc., or directly shipped to some famous personality (very unlikely), you probably won't be too impressed or surprised.
